Hammerglass Infrastructure becomes its own company

Hammerglass AB consists of the three business areas: Hammerglass Property, Hammerglass Automotive and Hammerglass Infrastructure. In order for each business area to develop further in the best way within its niche, the company structure is now being changed to two independent companies.

Hammerglass AB continues to manufacture and sell security products within the Property and Automotive business areas. The new company HMG iNFRA AB will design, sell and assemble solutions for infrastructure projects. The new company structure applies from 1 December 2024.

Bengt Nilsson becomes CEO of HMG iNFRA AB:

– This step is very positive. We bring all our experience with complex infrastructure projects into the new company, and can work focused in the processes that time-consuming projects involve. The way of working around projects within infrastructure is very different, compared to real estate projects and the delivery of safety windows for construction machinery.

Hammerglass AB's CEO Mikael Olsson:

– This is a natural development and I look forward to a new year with the new company structure, where we will be able to focus even more, while we can continue to support each other in a good and close collaboration. Hammerglass AB will produce the Hammerglass products that HMG iNFRA AB uses in noise barriers, electrical protective roof structures and station glazing projects. These are unique solutions that are highly appreciated and also have an obvious Hammerglass sign through transparency in combination with a long life. Theese products will quickly put the new company on the map and we are happy to join and contribute.

How are you affected as a customer?

The fact that HMG iNFRA AB becomes a new company and its own legal entity, affects you as a customer minimally. You will find familiar contact persons on the new website www.hmginfra.se. During a transition period, you will continue to find all product information here at www.hammerglass.com. HMG iNFRA AB will eventually move to new premises, but will remain in Hammerglass AB's head office premises in Förslöv until then.
